At the beginning of each new year I am always inspired to learning something new or accomplish a diffifcult task in hopes to improve an area of my life. This year, I have decided to take on the common resolution of eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis. This resolution is easier said than done. I really believe in order to accomplish this goal I have to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. I have to learn what types of food are best for my metabolism, what is the ideal time for my body to work out, and what overall diet and exercise will work with my schedule and current lifestyle as a student.
The most challenging part about learning a new lifestyle is reteaching the body and acting in ways that were not in the normal routinee before. A lifestyle should be second nature; it should not be a conscious decision every day. Reconditioning the body to become use to a certian way of eating and a regular exercise and sleep pattern is difficult. By keeping track of what I do on a regular basis in a journal and mentally deciding to change the way I eat, I hope to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle that I think will give me more energy and make me a happier and healthier person.

Sounds like we have the same New Year's resolution...along with probably half the world! :) I just recently heard about something that tells you what foods are best for your body (and what aren't good for your body) depending on your bloodtype. For example, my cousin has learned that cinnamon, for instance, isn't good for her system. She has used those tips to cut out a lot of odd foods, and has lost 15 pounds in the past 2 months. Just an interesting thing I thought I would share with you that you may be interested in. Good Luck!

That's something that I'm trying to do myself, but it is really hard to accomplish. I hope you find strategies to accomplish your goals.
That's a really admirable resolution that can have a really great impact on your whole life. Best of luck!
